The small country winery is Connie and Liz's passion. Wine is produced by traditional methods from the neat Shiraz, Pinotage and Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards you see around the farm.
The entire process is done by hand - going back to the way wine has been made for centuries.
The final product is aged in an underground cellar, ensuring optimum conditions for the wine to mature into something rare and special.
Guests are invited to stroll among the vineyards, visit the small winery to see the wine press, oak vats and underground cellar and learn more about the winemaking process.
Visit the quaint reeded ceiling tasting locale or sit outside in the shaded garden enjoying Alpha Excelsior's fruit of the vine.
