Lavender Cottage is one of the original buildings on the farm. A delightful off grid one bedroom cottage perfect for a couple and their fury friends. It has a lovely shady fenced in garden with a fire pit, close to the swimming pool (20 m away) and The Hen House coffee shop on your doorstep. The cottage has aircon for those hot days and a fireplace for the chilly Cederberg winter evenings. The cottage is powered by solar and gas.

Information for cottage guests

  • The cottages are fully equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 plate gas stove, cutlery, crockery, braai utensils. 
  • Cotton bedding, bath and swimming towels are provided. 
  • Free WiFi in each cottage – passwords are in the information booklets provided.
  • Guests have access to the sparkling swimming pool which is situated in front of The Old Farm House (500 m away), as well as the farm dam a short walk away.
  • Mosquitoes come out to play  – especially in the Summer – so don’t forget to pack your preferred deterrent.
  • No Loud Music allowed. No Amps and large speakers.
  • This cottage isn’t pet friendly.
